Interestingly enough, small steps make big changes. Sort of like the concept of time. Lots of it can affect huge change, relatively speaking.
As we sit here within our context we create patterns, within which we become comfortable or habitually inhabit. Habit and inhabit. I like that.
So, the rut we are in results in our lives being like the tire of a car forced to follow that rut.
Changing the way we think is a start at changing those patterns.
Time to change.
You speak of the condition of “being in a rut” and I agree that many of us are. You say that baby steps can lead us out of the tire track syndrome. What of personal inner demons? How do we purge our monsters within? Is there such a thing as a creative inner demon removal tool?
Hi Clyde.
In answer to your query I must inform you that the basis of all mood is chemical and therefore you have to have a chemically beneficial diet in order to create a mental state that makes peace possible.
Now demons, they can only exist in an acid, chemically messed up environment.
So the answer is, yes, there is a creative inner demon removal tool.
Diet and exercise, and lots of alkaline clean, cool, clear water, topped off with the truth.
I just told my inner demons that they weren’t my truth any more. They got up and left. They were a little dejected, but that’s how some beings react to the truth.

You always are part of the Is.
You always will be part of the Is.

You not only are what you eat, you are most typically what’s eating you.
