Vote No on the Human Race

A healthy ecosystem is a subjective topic as is everything because we now know that Nothing Has Meaning without point of view.

Balance is one concept touted in any discussion of ecosystems.

Assuming that the earth is an ecosystem we can also assume that the degree to which the earth can sustain any given state would be an indicator of balance. The earth is out of balance due to human beings.

Then again, balance is subjective so who is to say what is in balance? See my article on the earth’s attitude.

Still, we have to make assumptions here so let us define balance as an earth that will sustain life as we humans desire, generally, a life that is also good for other living things.

The earth is out of balance.

The solution to this problem?

Vote no on the human race.

I don’t think that would make for a very successful platform. This year we have one message for our constituents: Please re-elect Mark Stamas as congressman and vote no on the human race.

But voting no on election day isn’t enough. Tell your friends, canvas your neighborhood or spend some time working our phone banks, familiarizing voters with the human race and why it’s important to vote against it. Initiatives like this one will never be successful without an enthusiastic base of grassroots support.

Also, take a look at a sample ballot before marking the real thing. It can be a little confusing. Last year, several thousand voters tried to vote no on the human race and ended up voting yes for Patrick Buchanan. Luckily for them, this amounts to about the same thing.

    Hahahahaha.

Philosophy goes down in flames as the literalists lobby yet again for procedural definition over principles.
