don’t say you know me… very nice. oed fans would like more of this. great lyrics too. the “ah fuck” blew my mind.

  2. Mark Stamas says:

I love quarter note triplets don”t you know. And the key of G. And I, II, I, IV.

Say what you mean, while meaning what you say.

Then would I appreciate your comments. My sarcasometer went into the red like a screaming digital distortion burning the ears into a senseless state of pain.

Did you read the entire Declaration of Independence? We”re due. Overdue.

  3. hazelrah says:

hmm. i was very excited that you posted a song. it reminded me of don’t say you know me. i liked it. it made me laugh when i heard the ah fuck. i wasn’t making jokes at your expense, i was just making jokes.

  4. Mark Stamas says:

My sarcasometer sucks then. Wasn’t sure. Played it safe.

Funny though that You Don’t Say shares the exact same eighth note triplet rhythm, as you noticed subconsciously. You Don’t Say blows though. Too Imaginey.

    I know you too well.

Hey dude, you should go silent today (26 June):

    Other comments pending…

  6. Mark Stamas says:

    But I ain’t a radio.

  7. Yianni E. Stamas says:

Good song Mark. You should post more for us OED fans.

Also, you’re right about what you say in your other post. We are losing our rights and it is tragic. There don’t appear to be many grown ups out there. Fear of God’s wrath doesn’t seem to be working. What about just having integrity for peace of mind? People who lie a lot get a dead look in their eyes. Who we are inside can become reflected on the outside. One doesn’t even have to believe in karmah to enjoy doing the right thing. And you might end up looking better!

  8. insanityisnoexcuse says:

You ain’t a radio? You never will be with that attitude. How ’bout:

“OED Radio – Inspired music for those who are not yet OED. And for those who are.”

If you want those OED CDs to sell, you gotta be out there, dude.

PS – And looking at the amount of CD sales, it looks as if you HAVE gone silent – ha ha!

  9. Mark Stamas says:

Hey Yianni! Great to hear from you. OED is cooking now man. And Insanity, you bet OED Radio is coming, I just need an insane DJ who knows it is no excuse. “hi, I’m sitting here with insanity and well, he is going to take you on a journey, a journey through the paradigms of life revealed only to yourselves”.
