As I read the Dalai Lama discussing physics and spirituality and their similarities quoting physicists he’d met with he described quantum mechanics and physics thus:

What I say? See, NHM is really about quantum mechanics of philosophy. Seems obvious, but so many human beings live in fear of insignificance that they look for answers to questions that don’t exist. Reminds one of John Lennon’s “well I tell them there’s no problems, only solutions” a cheesy but somewhat similar concept, much better was “and nothing to get hung about” but that was from the Beatles days.
